All sales are final.
If an issue arises with the product ordered from our website due to an item being damaged while shipping the shipping company will be responsible for the damages incurred.
We will work with you but ultimately the shipping company will be responsible for any and all monetary refunds due to damage while in transit.
Military surplus items are used, not new. You will find imperfections. They are sold as is.
On new items, the manufacturer of said item is responsible for all warranty work. We will help to the best of our ability to navigate the manufacturer's return or warranty program. Ultimately all liability for new products falls on the manufacturer.
We ship with multiple shipping companies. We will always ship at the cheapest rate. If you have something that is time sensitive you have to inform us before purchase and we can see what can be done to help. Currently, everything on our website includes shipping to the lower 48 U.S. States. Sales tax is also included in all sales on our website. This makes for a simple and easy transaction at checkout.

International orders are welcome. If you reside outside the USA please contact us before placing an order so we can discuss shipping rates. You are responsible for paying any and all tariffs. Some countries are restricted from purchasing goods in the USA. We follow all U.S. laws for shipping items out of the U.S.A.
We will not ship military surplus items outside the USA due to I.T.A.R. restrictions
Some items we carry are restricted in some U.S. States and cities. If you place an order for an item that is restricted we will cancel the order and charge a 25% restocking fee per item before issuing a refund. It's up to you to know your local laws.
All major credit cards are accepted. We do not use or accept PayPal, Venmo, etc.
Our normal turnaround times can vary due to demand and if we are shipping items ourselves or if one of our commerce partners is shipping the items directly to you.
Some surplus items require some work on our part to make the item ready to ship. If that is the case it may take 5 to 10 business days before that item is ready to ship. We will always ship sooner if possible.
Once a shipping label is printed it may be a few days before it goes live. As part of our system, we pay and print postage and shipping before the item is actually placed with the shipper.
